Wedding Photography, Engagement or Cherish The Dress Photo Shoots

Terms & Conditions - Weddings

1 - Wedding bookings are subject to date availability - We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm that we have received your request. We will hold your date for a maximum of 7 days to allow you to complete a booking form and send back a £100 non-refundable deposit.

2 - An additional discount is available on wedding packages for our Facebook Fans. Please 'like' our page at http://www.facebook.com/davidblackshawphotographer before making a booking. The discount will be applied later when the full balance becomes payable. Facebook discount can only be applied at time of booking for new clients and can't be added to existing bookings.

3 - You will be able to add an album at a later date if required - Rates and any current special offers applicable at time of the original booking will apply if the wedding date occurs within 12 months.

4 - All travel within Kent is included. For wedding venues outside Kent please contact us first to see if any supplements apply.

5 - Our prices are based on peak weddings (Fri-Sun) Substantial discounts are available for mid week weddings. Please enquire for details.

6 - The outstanding balance must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Terms & Conditions - Engagement & Cherish The Dress Photo Shoots

1 - Engagement and Cherish The Dress sessions are available either on location or in the Ashford Studio.
A make-up professional can be booked for an extra £50. You are very welcome to bring along your own.

2 - A £50 deposit is required on booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid on the day before the session.

3 - If also we photograph your wedding a disc will be provided containing all the images at their full resolution free of charge. If not, one can be purchased seperately if required for an extra £100.

4 - Only travel within Kent is included. For photography shoots outside Kent a travel supplement will apply.
